公司設立合規(guī)咨詢和舉報電話、電子信箱接受合規(guī)舉報和咨詢。任何公司員工、商業(yè)伙伴、第三方，以及任何外部個人或單位都可以通過口頭或電子郵件等途徑，實名或匿名反映本公司各部門、各分公司、下屬公司及員工可能存在的不當行為，并且就日常經(jīng)營管理過程中的合規(guī)問題尋求咨詢和建議。公司將根據(jù)舉報線索進行認真調(diào)查，對于查證屬實的違規(guī)情形，將按照規(guī)定追究違規(guī)行為人的責任，并向舉報人反饋調(diào)查處理結果。公司將對舉報人進行充分保護，禁止對善意舉報人進行任何形式的打擊報復。

The Company sets up a consulting & reporting hotline and Email box to accept compliance consultings and reportings. All employees, business partners, third parties, and any individuals or entities may report the possible misconduct of the Company's departments, branches, controlling affiliates, and employees, and seek compliance guidance and advice on compliance issues during the Company's daily operation and management, verbally or via e-mail, in real name or anonymously. The Company will seriously investigate into the reported affairs, and once proven to be true, hold the violators liable for their misconducts pursuant to the Company's policies and procedures, and provide feedback on the investigation results to whistleblowers. The Company will fully protect whistleblowers and prohibit retaliation in any form against good faith whistleblowers.
